Coconut oil and Lemon juice for grey hair myth

My sister says I am not using Lemon because her hair turned grey after using it, but the truth is that citrus fruits have acidic properties, affecting our keratin layer. Our locks are rich in proteins, so they should be protected from outside factors like lemon juice or other vegetables with high acidity levels (like tomatoes). For example, when you eat something sour, it doesn’t make sense to put vinegar directly onto your head! Instead, use apple cider gel+lemon together; this will help keep colors bright while still preserving their shine through cooperation between these two excellent ingredients.

Guys, do not use Lemon and coconut separately. They work best when mixed in what is called the “perfect” mixture! This recipe for gorgeous hair includes aloe vera extract (for soothing scalps), honey (to smooth irritated skin), as well as a dash of coconut oil or olive oil–that’s proper ladies too; we said OLIVE!! And don’t forget your favorite herbs like lavender if you’re looking to fragrance up some product without sacrificing its ability to help out with any issues at hand 😉
The key here might sound icky, but it isn’t: mix equal parts of water with apple cider vinegar until harmonious equilibrium has been reached, then add two tablespoons each raw organic veggie YEAST.

Coconut oil and Lemon For grey hair Review

A few months ago, a friend started using coconut oil and lemon juice in her hair. At first, I thought she was nuts, but by the time she finished explaining what she was doing, my curiosity was high enough to try it myself. My hair is quite a disaster; I have to admit. It has been dyed and highlighted far too much, so it was time to get serious about its health.

Yes, coconut oil! Coconut oil is the best natural beauty product ever. Why? There are many benefits to using it on your skin and hair, plus it’s pretty cheap if you buy it in bulk online.

Why did I use coconut oil and lemon juice?

Well, they both have powerful properties that will help the hair return to its natural color – black! A friend of mine confirmed the benefits of using a combination of these two ingredients, which used them last year, so there is no harm in giving it a go.

How do I apply coconut oil and lemon juice to my hair?

Yes, I could see a difference! My hair wasn’t completely black, so I might apply this treatment three times to get it back to its natural color, but what’s important is that there was no damage done.

I didn’t want to use either of those two ingredients by themselves as they both have dominant solid smells, and I was afraid that one would overpower the other, so I decided to mix them and apply them to my hair with the help of a spray bottle.

I used one part coconut oil and two parts lemon juice in my spray bottle, added some water to it, and shook the mixture well. The consistency of this mixture is very similar to a hair mist, so it’s easy to apply to your hair while you are showering. I have heard of many people applying these three ingredients to their hair before shampooing, and I must admit the smell was too strong for me, so I used it after my conditioner.

After applying this mixture to my hair, I wrapped it in cling film and let it stay like that for 30 minutes. I then washed out the coconut oil and lemon juice (using cold water) and dried my hair with a towel. It is essential to use cold water as the hot water will destroy all those beneficial properties you just gave your hair.

After I washed out everything, I applied a natural hair dye and left it on for an hour as usual. As you can imagine, there was no way I could do anything else with my coconut oil and lemon juice-treated hair.

Repeat this remedy

I repeated the process every two weeks or so (when I had time), and after six months of using it regularly, I noticed a significant change in my hair color. It has returned to its natural black paint, which was a dream come true! Since this treatment thickens the hair, I stopped it a few months ago because my hair was too thick even for me. It has gone back to its average volume and color, so I am happy with the results.

As you can imagine, this treatment is not limited to those of you who have grey or white hair. If your natural color is dark brown, dying your hair with this mixture will make it black and shiny.
